The Phone System maintenance has been extended until tomorrow morning, the 19th January 2012, and the Failover phone system will be in use until that time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this causes our customers as the Queue Position announcements do not exist on the Failover. Please contact us by email whenever possible for the moment.
An update will be posted to confirm completion of the maintenance.

The TPP Internet Support Team would like to advise of an upcoming Phone System upgrade which will take place in our Call Centre over the 17th and 18th January 2012. During this maintenance window, we will switch to our fail-over phone system at which time customers calling our office may experience interruptions during their phone calls.
Maintenance details (all times in AEDT GMT+1100)
Date and time: from 9am, Tuesday 17th January to 5:30pm Wednesday 18th January 2012
Impact: Customers calling the TPP Internet call centre numbers may experience interruptions during their calls. Calls may drop during hold or throughout conversation.
We apologise in advance for any problems during your phone contact with us over the maintenance window, and we encourage customers to email us to prevent any frustrations therefore.

During the festive period the TPP Internet helpdesk will only be closed on Christmas Day, Sunday 25th December.
Technical support will be available, as normal, up to and including Friday 23th December 2011. Should you need assistance during the holidays (26/12/2011 to 02/12/2012), we will have skeletal staff available to help. We will be returning to a full strength helpdesk on Tuesday 3rd January (03/01/2012).
Rest assured that all services will continue to be processed through the workflow system during the holiday period and we will have staff monitoring these queues to ensure quick provisioning.

TPP Internet technical services team would like to advise of an upcoming scheduled maintenance taking place tomorrow morning for the Webmail interface database on the shared hosting infrastructure.
The maintenance will result in access outage for webmail accounts.
Date and time: 7:00 to 8:00 AEDT (GMT +1100) 6th December 2011
Duration: 1 hour
Impact: Customers will be unable to login to their Webmail accounts on https://webmail.netregistry.net and webmail.domain.tld equivalents
Services affected: Webmail login interface for IMAP web access to Netregistry shared hosting email services. No email will be lost. POP and SMTP services will remain operating.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the outage, it is required in order to ensure stability the Database to prevent any data loss long term.
