Hosting Upgrade Notification

Here at TPP Internet, we’re continually investigating ways to improve the services available to our partners and customers. Our latest improvement will be an upgrade of our hosting infrastructure on the night of 11th March 2010.

How this affects our customers…

The upgrade will result in brief outages between 10pm-6am AEDT on the evening of Thursday 11th March. This will affect all customers on our shared email & web hosting services. Individual services will also be offline for a shorter period during this time.

Our Online Management System (OMS) will also be offline during this time, so new orders and management of existing services will be effected. Please note that emails will be queued safely on our backup servers and will be delivered shortly after the work has been completed.

This work will result in an improved service for all customers, including an improved connectivity speed and redundancy. We will endeavour to minimise the impact of this upgrade and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
