Domain Name Registrations 18/4/10

by Marketing on April 15, 2010

Ausregistry, the Australian Domain registry, will be conducting a major upgrade to accommodate new .au domain policies on Sunday 18th April.

This will mean that between 8am and 8pm AET on Sunday 18th April 2010 no .au domains can be registered, transferred or renewed. This upgrade will affect all .au registrars. Normal registry services will resume at 8pm on Sunday 18th.

The upgrades will support the new Domain Renewal, Expiry and Deletion policy that Auda, the .au domain administrator are bringing into effect on the 18th April. For more information on these changes, please call us on 1300 665 491 to speak to a member of our Sales or Support Teams.
