There will be a planned outage on Tuesday 31st August 2010 between 7.00am – 8.00am AEST while we undertake some network maintenance.
There maybe intermittent outages of network services during this time.
Why an outage?
This is to perform necessary upgrades to the network to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service and support to our customers.
We apologise for the intermittent outages during this time and will try and keep downtime to an absolute minimum.

There maybe intermittent outages of network services lasting no longer than a few minutes each.
Why an outage?
This is to implement further redundancy to the firewall issue that occurred on the 5th August 2010. This will ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service and support to our customers.
