Each month, we present our TPP Reseller of the Month. This month, Franki Nguyen from TN3 Productions talks about his experience with TPP Internet.
Prior to becoming an Authorised Reseller of TPP Internet in 2003, TN3 Productions were domain reseller for other Australian registrars of the time. We chose to switch to TPP because we were impressed with the level of customer service and communications we’ve received when we first inquired about becoming a reseller.
6 years later(!), we are still here with TPP Internet because they are indeed a “partner” that understands the importance of looking after their customers and giving great service at all times. We like that very much because we also do the same for our customers.
TPP Internet is our exclusive .au domain registrar, even though they are not the lowest priced. We got what we paid for, and we’re very happy with that.
