Due to the termination of Bottle Domain’s registrar accreditation, auDA (Australia’s governing body for .au domain names) have become a temporary registrar for domains that were previously registered through Bottle Domains. Bottle Domains customers have been asked by auDA to select a new registrar of record for ongoing management of their domain names.

When you place your online business and faith in the hands of TPP, you can rest assured it’s in the safest place.  With 12 years experience in delivering great quality service, we’ve become experts in not only our field, but making the difference that counts.

TPP have created some simple instructions on transferring your domains to our secure platform

  1. If you do not already have a copy of it, recover your Domain Name Password.
  2. Complete a transfer request form to transfer registration of your domain from auDA to TPP Internet (this is FREE OF CHARGE).
  3. After you complete the transfer request form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the transfer of the domain. You must approve this transfer by replying to the request.
  4. After confirming the transfer, your domain name will be automatically transferred to TPP Internet immediately and you will receive confirmation of the transfer via email.

We’re here to help

If you have any questions or concerns about this transfer process or other TPP Internet services our customer service team will be more than happy to assist.
