Call Centre – Service Delays

There is an ongoing issue with the call centre service manager, we are currently investigating the issue and will issue a resolution shortly.

In the meantime there will be service delays and extended wait times over the next 30 minutes.

TPP Internet – Holiday Operating Hours

During the festive period the TPP Internet helpdesk will only be closed on Christmas Day, Sunday 25th December.

Technical support will be available, as normal, up to and including Friday 23th December 2011. Should you need assistance during the holidays (26/12/2011 to 02/12/2012), we will have skeletal staff available to help. We will be returning to a full strength helpdesk on Tuesday 3rd January (03/01/2012).

Rest assured that all services will continue to be processed through the workflow system during the holiday period and we will have staff monitoring these queues to ensure quick provisioning.

We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a successful and prosperous New Year!

Scheduled Maintenence – Control7.tppinternet.net.au

Due to emergency hardware upgrades

- Email access won’t be available (emails won’t be lost, simply delayed access).
