Call Centre – Service Delays

There is an ongoing issue with the call centre service manager, we are currently investigating the issue and will issue a resolution shortly.

In the meantime there will be service delays and extended wait times over the next 30 minutes.

TPP Internet – Holiday Operating Hours

During the festive period the TPP Internet helpdesk will only be closed on Christmas Day, Sunday 25th December.

Technical support will be available, as normal, up to and including Friday 23th December 2011. Should you need assistance during the holidays (26/12/2011 to 02/12/2012), we will have skeletal staff available to help. We will be returning to a full strength helpdesk on Tuesday 3rd January (03/01/2012).

Rest assured that all services will continue to be processed through the workflow system during the holiday period and we will have staff monitoring these queues to ensure quick provisioning.

RESOLVED: Unplanned Outage – Ausregistry EPP & Whois

Ausregistry has advised that it is currenty experiencing connectivity issues.

This may be affecting EPP and WHOIS services. The DNS service is not affected.

AusRegistry will provide Registrars with an update shortly, and we will update our notice accordingly.

Call Centre closed at 10:30am AEST 23rd June for General Staff meeting

TPP Internet Customer Service would like to advise of a temporary closure of the Call Centre this morning at 10:30am for a general staff meeting for TPP Internet staff.

Date and time: 10:30am 23rd June 2011
Duration: approximately 30 minutes

Impact: Customers calling any of the TPP Internet phone lines will not be able to get through to an operator.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused throughout the duration of the Call Centre closure. Operations will resume at approximately 11am AEST 23rd June 2011.

Scheduled Maintenance Notification – Cloud Storage Maintenance – 4am AEST 22nd June

TPP Internet Technical Services team would like to advise of an upcoming maintenance on the NETAPPs storage device for Cloud shared hosting. No impact is expected to customer service uptime, however some service degradation is possible throughout duration of the maintenance.

Date and time: 4am AEST (GMT +10) 22nd June 2011
Duration: 1 hr

Services affected: Cloud shared hosting infrastructure, including web services on Zeus, Apache, IIS, shared Mail services (POP, SMTP, IMAP) and FTP access.

Impact: No outage is expected, however some customers may experience slower than usual access to Mail download, or website load times. No FTP access will be available during the maintenance.

Please note, this will not affect Plesk & Hosted Exchange services.
